Privacy Policy.

Last updated 4 October 2026

This policy explains how Trevor accesses, uses, stores and shares data from your Google Account. Trevor is an app operated by ACT Tech Solutions LLC. Questions go to info@timothyrwade.com.

Trevor's Google connection is in development and not yet available. Nobody can sign in to Trevor with Google today. This policy describes how Trevor will access, use, store and share Google data once the connection is available.

1. Summary

  • Trevor will access only the Google services and permissions listed in section 2, and only after you sign in with Google and grant them. None of them is available yet.
  • When Trevor's AI agents read your Google data, they send it to Anthropic, an AI model provider, for processing. Your Google data does not stay only on your own computer.
  • Trevor does not sell your Google data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models. On the Claude account Trevor's agents use, Anthropic's model-improvement setting (“Help improve Claude”) is off. Anthropic's terms still let it use sessions its systems flag for safety review, as sections 3 and 4 explain.
  • You can remove Trevor's access at any time from your Google Account.

2. What Google data Trevor accesses

Trevor's Google connection is in development and not yet available, so Trevor cannot use any of the permissions below today. Once it is available, Google will ask you to grant Trevor these permissions (scopes) when you sign in, and Trevor will be able to reach only the data they cover.

Each row is one Google service, what its permissions are for, and the exact permissions Trevor plans to ask for. Scopes start https://www.googleapis.com/auth/ unless shown in full. Restricted marks the three scopes Google classes as restricted.

3. How Trevor uses your Google data

Trevor will use your Google data only to provide the features shown on its homepage: once its Google connection is available, its agents will read, create and change data in the Google services you connected, for the purposes listed in section 2. That connection is in development and not yet available.

Trevor does not:

  • sell your Google data, or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers;
  • use or transfer your Google data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising;
  • use or transfer your Google data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes;
  • use or transfer your Google data to create, train or improve any machine learning or AI model, including foundational models.

Trevor's agents run on Anthropic's AI models through a consumer Claude Max account. Anthropic's model-improvement setting (“Help improve Claude”) is off on that account. What Anthropic does with data it receives is governed by Anthropic's own terms, not by Trevor. Those terms say Anthropic will use chats and coding sessions, including to improve its models, if “Your conversations are flagged for safety review (in which case we may use or analyze them to improve our ability to detect and enforce our Usage Policy, including training models for use by our Safeguards team, consistent with Anthropic’s safety mission)”. Source: Anthropic, “Is my data used for model training?”, privacy.claude.com/en/articles/10023580, dated March 16, 2026.

4. How Trevor shares your Google data

With Anthropic, for processing. Trevor's agents run on Anthropic's AI models. When an agent reads your Gmail, Drive, Chat or other Google content to work on a task, that content goes to Anthropic's model servers as input, so the model can process it.

The agents use a consumer Claude Max account, with Anthropic's model-improvement setting (“Help improve Claude”) turned off. Anthropic's terms for that account make an exception for sessions its systems flag for safety review: Anthropic says it will use them, including to improve its models, if “Your conversations are flagged for safety review (in which case we may use or analyze them to improve our ability to detect and enforce our Usage Policy, including training models for use by our Safeguards team, consistent with Anthropic’s safety mission)”. Source: Anthropic, “Is my data used for model training?”, privacy.claude.com/en/articles/10023580, dated March 16, 2026. How long Anthropic keeps the data is in section 5.

Trevor does not transfer your Google data to anyone else, except:

  • for security purposes (for example, investigating abuse);
  • to comply with applicable law; or
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and only after getting your explicit prior consent.

No person reads your Google data unless you first agree to it for specific messages, files or other data, or it is necessary for security purposes (for example, investigating a bug or abuse), or it is necessary to comply with applicable law.

5. Where Trevor stores your Google data

This section describes what Trevor keeps once its Google connection is available.

  • Trevor runs on your own Mac. Running Trevor for a company, on our server, is planned and not yet available. Everything below is kept on the machine where Trevor runs.
  • Trevor keeps the sign-in tokens Google issues to it in an encrypted credential store, one record for each person and each connection (one for Google Workspace, one for Google Ads).
  • One of the Google tools Trevor uses also keeps its own copy of your sign-in token in an unencrypted file on that machine, one file for each Google account.
  • When you disconnect a Google service, Trevor marks its token inactive. The encrypted token stays in the store until it is deleted.
  • Trevor's agents are Claude Code sessions. Claude Code saves a full record of each session, including any Google data the agent read, as plain-text files on that machine. Trevor currently sets Claude Code to keep those records for 36,500 days.
  • When an agent produces work from your Google data, such as a report, a note, a message in a project thread or a task comment, Trevor saves that work on the machine where it runs and keeps it until it is deleted. Trevor has no automatic deletion schedule for this work today.
  • Notes saved to Trevor's knowledge vault are kept in a version history, so a deleted note remains in that history.
  • The Google tool Trevor uses records your Google email address, the search terms agents use, and the names of files and documents they open in a log file on that machine. It has no automatic deletion.
  • The Google data an agent reads is sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model. Trevor's agents use a consumer Claude Max account with model improvement turned off. Under Anthropic's terms for that account, Anthropic keeps that data for up to 30 days. If Anthropic's systems flag a session for violating its Usage Policy, Anthropic may keep the inputs and outputs for up to 2 years, and its trust and safety classification scores for up to 7 years. Anthropic's terms also say: “In all cases, we may retain chats and coding sessions as required by law, to resolve disputes, or as necessary to combat violations of our Usage Policy.” and “We may anonymize or de-identify your personal data for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may retain this information for longer.” Source: Anthropic, “How long do you store my data?”, privacy.claude.com/en/articles/10023548, dated July 1, 2026.

6. Your choices

  • Remove Trevor's access. Go to your Google Account's linked apps page, select Trevor, and remove its access. In Google's words: "If you remove access, the app can't access your Google Account."
  • Ask us to delete your data. Email info@timothyrwade.com to ask us to delete Google data Trevor holds about you. We will honor the request. Deletion is done by hand: on your request, we delete your Google data from the places listed in section 5 on the machine where Trevor runs. No automated tool does this today. A request cannot reach copies Anthropic keeps under its own terms (section 5), or earlier versions of notes kept in the knowledge vault's version history.

7. Google's Limited Use requirements

Trevor's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
