Trevor

Terms of Service.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of Trevor, an app operated by ACT Tech Solutions LLC. By connecting your Google Account to Trevor, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. What Trevor does

Trevor runs AI agents. Its Google connection is in development and not yet available: nobody can sign in to Trevor with Google today, and Trevor's agents cannot use any Google service. The homepage lists each Google service the connection is being built for and what each permission is for.

Once the connection is available, and depending on the permissions you grant, Trevor's agents will be able to send email and Chat messages, edit calendar events, and create, change or delete documents, spreadsheets, presentations and tasks in your Google Account.

3. Your Google Account

You connect your own Google Account and choose which permissions to grant. You are responsible for the tasks you give Trevor's agents. You can stop using Trevor at any time by removing its access on your Google Account's linked apps page.

4. AI processing

When Trevor's agents read Google data, they send it to Anthropic, an AI model provider, for processing, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check important work before you rely on it.

5. Google verification status

Google has not yet verified Trevor. Until it does, Google shows a warning when you sign in to Trevor with Google, and Google limits how many people can use Trevor.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Trevor to break the law, to break Google's terms or policies, or to reach accounts or data you are not allowed to access.

7. No warranty

Trevor is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ACT Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of Trevor.

8. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
